...JOB-SEEKERS, DON'T POST RESUMES WITHOUT YOUR CODE!

Do you use your cell phone number or email address as contact information on your resume? In the US alone, nearly 37.5 million - 20% of cell phones are lost, stolen, or damaged every year. Employers and Recruiters also lose contact with job seekers, due to changed phone numbers and email addresses. Now you can put a special code on your resume called the "Resume Contact Code", which enables Employers, Recruiters and Staffing Agencies to contact you even if the contact information on your resume has changed. As long as contact information is updated online, should your cell phone become lost, stolen or damaged and you cannot be contacted while your phone is being replaced or you change your email address, home or cell phone number, any prospective Employer, Recruiter or Staffing Agency can go to resumecontactcode.com, and enter your Code to obtain your updated or alternate contact information.

Instead of giving Employers access to your personal Facebook information, give them your Resume Contact Code or PEP Code, which allows them to view your PEP (Potential Employee Profile) page and see additional information that you want them to know. (See sample PEP Page) They can also see your photo, view your video resume, download your most current resume, read your blog and even send you a private message.

As a Member, you can also print your own "WeMetCards" (see below) and include your FREE Personal Contact Code, PEP Code or Member ID, on the back. Having "WeMetCards" to give out during job interviews, can definitely give you the edge over other applicants. Sign up below!
